Software park

[edit]
(Moved from User talk:RegentsPark) Hi RegentsPark I assure you the content I have added is 100% true and not for any promotion. I does not belong to STPI building at all. I am a native of the city and the content is very general, Like Airport, railway station, malls, STPI is also a Government building and it belongs to Amritsar city.
You can verify, I have not copied the content and I have clicked the photo myself.
My intentions are to display all the important assets and buildings of the city so that Wikipedia can be more informative.
Please verify and if you allow I would like to add that changes.
Further I would like to add better photos of Bus Stand and Metro Bus system of Amritsar. Er.Jaskaran.Singh (talk) 18:18, 7 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Er.Jaskaran.Singh: Hi. You need to provide a reliable source that not only verifies the existence of this organization but also clearly indicates that it is important enough to include in the article. --RegentsPark (comment) 22:08, 7 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @RegentsPark these are the Indian government websites
https://stpi.in/en/news/holy-city-amritsar-inches-closer-becoming-it-hub this article on October 06, 2021 shows the reliability.
From Punjab state, Indian Government which gives more details https://doit.punjab.gov.in/sites/default/files/PM2015-16.pdf
This is the third reliable document I found https://doit.punjab.gov.in/sites/default/files/AP2016-17.pdf
Fourth is http://investpunjab.gov.in/assets/docs/IT_sector.pdf
These are some private famous websites:

https://www.business-standard.com/article/sme/new-stpi-centres-in-punjab-will-benefit-small-it-firms-113121601068_1.html
A few videos from news channels:

If you feel these are sufficient and shows this is an important building in Amritsar city you may keep my edit, otherwise it should be removed. Er.Jaskaran.Singh (talk) 17:34, 8 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Problem with demographics

[edit]

Hinduism is listed at 49.36% of the population and Sikhism as 96%.

These numbers can't be right. Could someone who knows correct this and then delete my comments here? CharlesKiddell (talk) 23:21, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Cannolis (talk) 19:03, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
